Q: I live in the United States, will I have any problems getting my parts?

A: No, you will not have any issues receiving your parts. We ship 70% of our orders to the United States. On average you will receive your order within 4-5 days.  

Q: I live in the United States, are there any extra charges when my parts are delivered?

A: No. You will not pay any extra charges. The price you pay includes everything from our door to yours.

Q: My shipping total seems expensive. Could the online shopping cart have made a mistake?

A: Email or call us and we’d be happy to confirm the cost of shipping for you.

Q: What is the best way for me to place an order?

A: The easiest and most secure way to order is directly through our online store. Orders can also be placed via phone or email.

Q: Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?

A: Customers in the United States will NOT pay any sales tax. Canadian customers pay 5%-15% depending on the province you live in.

Q: I live outside of North America, do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. We ship 10% of our orders outside of North America.

Q:  How do I know if the parts I want are in stock?

A: 95% of all TMR Customs manufactured products are in stock at all times. If your order contains an item that is not in stock we will contact you via email within 24 hours.

Q: After I place my order, how long before it ships?

A: Orders typically ship within 24 hours.

Q: Will I receive tracking info?

A: Yes. You will receive a copy of the tracking information via email.

Q: Do you offer a Dealer/Wholesale program?

A: Yes. Please contact us via email for more details.

Q: Are you hiring?
