Shipping
All online orders are processed within 24-48 hours and will ship via Canada Post or USPS.
If an item purchased is not available for immediate shipment you will be contacted by phone or email.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges that are incurred, including but not limited to: duty, brokerage, and additional taxes.
Returns
Returns require an authorization number that must be obtained by contacting us
Only unused products manufactured by TMR Customs are eligible for refunds, all other products are non-refundable. All refunds will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Items are non-refundable after 21 days from the invoice date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items.
All deposits for any products and or services are non-refundable.
