Doors required jack and wood to get off this year. Replaced the factory bushings with these in 30 minutes. Doors slide on and off effortlessly now. Only issue, they may come off with the doors when removing, so watch for that and be prepared to put them back. (Posted on 6/24/2018)

One of my door was always stuck due to the crappy bushing the jeep came with. The installation was super easy, particularly with the tool they shipped it with. Everything aligned perfectly, I am very satisfied! I'm just a bit sad about the is pretty expensive for 4 piece of Delrin, but hey, jeep=money pit! (Posted on 7/3/2017)

Took less than 2.5 hours to replace all bushings. Removed factory running boards to get more leverage to swing a hammer & it worked out great. Doors were a little tricky to pull off since they had never been removed. Used the leverage of hoist-a-top in my garage and a ratcheting tie down to help pull doors off. Factory bushings were completely shot.

I can't believe some people buy the kit without the removal tool. (Posted on 5/10/2017)

I had gone through two sets of other door Bushings. Both didn't work. These ones work perfect. (Posted on 2/4/2017)

Product Q&A

Do you need to add any adhesive to keep the liner from coming out with the door pin?
Only if the bore in the factory hinge is oversized. This could be due to wear or corrosion.
Do I need to grease it up ?
Hi Erika. No, the Delrin is self lubricating. All you need to do is keep them clean. If they develop a squeak over time simply clean your door pins down to bare steel and wash out the door liners. Hope that helps!
I see not not having to grease the inside of the liner. But what about the outside of it and hinge hole before installing it
Hi Donny. No, you can insert the liner without greasing. Thanks!
