Shipping

All online orders are processed within 24-48 hours and will ship via the most economical method available.

If an item purchased is not available for immediate shipment you will be contacted by email.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges that are incurred, including but not limited to: duty, brokerage, and additional taxes.

Returns

Returns require an authorization number that must be obtained by sending an email to tracking@tmrcustoms.com 

Only unused products manufactured by TMR Customs are eligible for refunds, all other products are non-refundable. All refunds will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Items are non-refundable after 21 days from the invoice date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items.

All sale items, promotional items, discounted items or items purchased using an online discount/coupon code are not eligible for refund or exchange.

All sales to Dealer/Wholesale accounts are final sale, no returns. 

ALL WHEEL SPACERS AND OR ADAPTERS ARE FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE!

All deposits for any products and or services are non-refundable.

Dimple Die Warranty

  • Warranty covers any wear that causes the die to not work as originally intended
  • Each die is covered for 1 replacement
  • Must have original receipt
  • Warranty does not apply to coating
  • Authorization number is required prior to shipping dimple die to TMR Customs
  • Original dimple die must be shipped to TMR Customs at customers expense
  • Replacement dimple die will be shipped at customers expense
  • Misuse or abuse is not covered
