Includes the following:

  • 3" x 3/8" Wall DOM outer housing
  • 1-3/8" bearing shaft (Machined from solid 2" material!)
  • 1-1/2"diameter x 4" long mounting post (easily welded into 2" x 4" rectangular tubing)
  • Beautifully CNC machined aircraft grade threaded billet aluminum top cap
  • 2 x Timken or WJB tapered roller bearings & races (based on supplier availability)
  • High quality Timken or WJB seal (based on supplier availability)
  • 1"-14 jam nut
  • 1" thrust washer

    Designed for use with 40" or smaller tire

      It’s up for the job!

      Knew I was going to need something strong for a hinge and this was the ticket, projects not done yet but far enough along it could be tested,… and it’s works great, this thing will swing more than just tires

      As strong as everyone says

      First attempt at building a tire carrier didn’t turn out well, due to it shaking and rattling.

      But new arm with this hinge is a game changer. I could stand on this arm with the tire. It doesn’t droop at all, Moves freely, definitely recommend.
