It All Started with an NP205 and Some Cardboard

Back in the early days of TMR, the TMR brothers were building trucks and learning the ropes like any true gearheads—through trial, error, and a whole lot of late nights. One of the first big challenges? Reinforcing a transfer case that was never meant to handle modern horsepower, big tires, and aggressive terrain.

So they did what real fabricators do: dragged a used NP205 into their parents' basement, broke out the paper and cardboard, and started mocking up templates by hand. Those early shapes became CAD drawings. The drawings became laser cut parts. And just like that, the first TMR Transfer Case Support Kit was born.
