At TMR Customs we carry all the common sizes of Jam Nuts for off road use!
Jam nuts are critical for keeping steering and suspension linkage joints or ends locked down tight so they do not pivot and prematurely wear out the threads.
The most common jam nut sizes include 1/2"-20, 5/8"-18, 3/4"-16, 7/8"-14, 7/8"18, 1"-14 and 1-1/4"-12.
The 7/8"-18 jam nuts are commonly used on Chevy tie rod ends and are very hard to find - we machine these TRE jam nuts in house in both right hand and left hand thread.
