TMR Customs 2.5 TON Jeep JK Steering Kit uses the largest components in the industry - massive 1-1/4" shank offset tie rod ends combined with 2" solid 7075 aluminum links! Our domestic grade 7075 aluminum is a memory alloy - meaning it can bow/flex and will still return to straight! 

The massive 2.5 TON Tie Rod Ends in our Jeep JK steering kit are made in the USA and our 7075 Aluminum Links are precision CNC machined in-house to exacting tolerances. Quite simply, we manufacture the BEST JK steering upgrade kit on the market. 

The steering kit is 100% bolt on in place of factory steering links, no welding or other modifications required. The steering kit will also require a 2" OD clamp to attach hydraulic assist ram or other bracketry to attach factory or aftermarket steering stabilizers.

REQUIRES aftermarket wheels with 4.75” backspacing or less numerically (ie: 4.5", 4.25", etc.). If you would like to use factory wheels you will require 1.25" or larger wheel spacers - NOT INCLUDED.

    Extra thick Canadian Bacon

    After a lot of research, I finally pulled the trigger on TMR's 2.5-ton steering kit, it does not disappoint! The aluminum links are machined beautifully, and the forged ends are massive.Adjustment is quick and painless without pulling anything apart, which is a huge win. 100% bolt-on kit, and the install was straightforward.

    TMR's customer support is excellent, fast email responses and clear answers to all my questions. Shipping was surprisingly quick, considering it shipped all the way from eastern Canada to Southern California.

    I also picked up the knuckle sleeve to do the drag-link flip, and track bar relocation bracket, haven't had time to install those yet, but I'm confident they’ll be solid. I'm happy to support TMR and will absolutely keep them in mind for future Jeep projects.

    Great product

    Couldn't be happier with the quality, performance, and looks of the 2.5 ton JK steering kit. It was easy to install and made our 2018 lifted JK drive at tight as a brand new stock rig.

    The Best Steering Kit on The Market Hands Down!!

    I am glad that I went with the 2.5 Ton Steering Kit from TMR Customs. It moves the wide tires that I have very well. I love the looks of the aluminum steering kit with the Fox ATS Stabilizer. TMR Customer Service is Great Can't say enough about their Great Customer Service after UPS tore open the box and took parts out after the pictures, I sent to TMR of the box and the Parts that came in they sent out the Missing parts Quick. I will Tell Everyone about their Great Customer Service. I Like the Big Can size Steering Kit works Great should last a long time. TMR KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !! Thanks JJB.

    Pure Beef

    I haven't had a chance to wheel with them on yet, but the stock drag link and tie rod parts look almost laughable next to these mosnters. Unless you have a pretty extensive socket collection, spend the $20 on the cartridge wrench TMR offers for the ends.

    The parts look beautiful and it all installed no problem. Can't wait to see how they hold up vs the stock stuff on our next wheeling trip.
