Kit includes the following:

  • Transfer case support & gusset (cnc laser cut from 3/8" steel)
  • 2 x poly bushing halves 
  • DOM tubing inner and outer sleeves
  • All necessary grade 8 fasteners
  • 2 x mounting tabs (cnc laser cut from 1/4" steel)
  • Simply bolt the support to your NP205 using the supplied hardware then trim the mounting tab and gusset to suit the correct length and angle

Modification/customization will be required. Speedo equipped NP205's may require you to remove 1 of the 4 mounting holes on the TMR flange.

Np205 support.

Solid product that gives you alot of leeway when it comes to how you want to build it. Could deffently use some dialing in for fitment on Ford 205s. Had to make provisions for the fill plug and had to grind it down a fair bit to make all the bolt holes line up correctly. Overall pretty solid.

Works

Super helpful to have! However I had to grind it down a bit so it would clear the fill hole and and I still need to drill it out so the 4th bolt hole lines up

Support kit for NP205

I received it, built it and it worked mostly fine. However the cut outs around the stiffiners are not cut far enough. The plate wont sit flush on the T-case unless I put spacers under the bolts or maybe I will have to cut or grind some more.

Nice! Yes, you'll need to grind more relief to clear the upper casting webs. The mount is traditionally used on the bottom side of the case, where as yours is top mounted. Great looking fabrication!

Heavy duty awesomeness!!

Amazing product the really gives you the option to make it exactly what you want it to be. I love that they used 3/8” plate and a grease-able bushing.
