JLU door hinge liners

The liners went in very easy. Time will tell if they hold up over time. I found it easier to remove the old aluminum liners going from the top and pushing it down through the hinge. The tool included wasn't very helpful, and found a hammer/flathead screw driver to be way easier and faster.
