Decent

They were good, but not great as I had to cut each one to custom fit as there was a stepped part on the inside of the hinge, so it only slid in halfway. Maybe on the ones for the 92’ and years similar they can be half the length. A little tricky to make a clean cut unless you have a Dremel.

Thanks for the feedback, Jeremiah. For some reason there's a batch of Jeep hinges out there that are "stepped" and don't take a full length liner. We always reference the following video for assistance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Da37pVmzxY&t=2s

Worked good.

The liners are great but a tad short, nonetheless, they worked great and put my doors back where they belong. The removal tool however was useless as it was too tight to fit in the hinge. That said, it’s nothing a drill bit couldn’t take care of. All in all they worked.

Hi Chris. Thanks for the feedback! The removal tool is on size for the factory liner, it takes a lot of pounding to knock out an old/seized liner. Glad you were able to solve it with a drill!

04’ TJ Sport

Good quality item. They were a bit shorter than the stock liners I pulled out but they seem to work just fine. Door is solid, opens and closes smoothly.

Hinge liner removal tool

Unfortunately I was only able to knock the top hinge liners out due to the proximity of the molding below the bottom hinges. There is not enough room once the tool is inserted to get enough swing power to knock the old liners out.

FRUSTRATING!!

Ahhh, you've got the OEM Sahara door trim! Yes, in that instance you'd have to bend over the top flange with a screw driver or punch and drive the liner out from the top down.
