Delrin inserts worked great on 2010 JKU

These worked great on a used Jeep JKU that we purchased. Previous owner had lived years with the corroded original bushings. Took just a couple hours to do all four doors

Hardest part was removing factory hinge liners

Like the title says, the hardest part was getting the factory hinge liners out even with the tool provided. Those things were jammed in there and came out looking like old spent bullet casings. The delrin liners slid in like butter and the doors open and swing even easier! Will definitely be taking the doors off this summer.

Absolutely perfect!

Could not have asked for better! The removal tool was fantastic though one of the old liners required a 16 oz ball pein hammer swung repeatedly with authority -- not for the faint of heart and suggest that you put something between the body and the removal tool in case you miss!! New bushings slid in with a slight press and both trail doors and full doors drop in like a dream.
