Kit includes the following:

  • Transfer case support & gusset (cnc laser cut from 3/8" steel)
  • 2 x poly bushing halves 
  • DOM tubing inner and outer sleeves
  • All necessary grade 8 fasteners
  • 2 x mounting tabs (cnc laser cut from 1/4" steel)
  • Simply bolt the support to your NP205 using the supplied hardware then trim the mounting tab and gusset to suit the correct length and angle

Modification/customization will be required. Speedo equipped NP205's may require you to remove 1 of the 4 mounting holes on the TMR flange.

    Very nice

    Everything went well with attachment and build. A little worried about the ability to flex enough to not break the trans tail shaft housing, or Bell housing. But I'll hope for the best!

    Nice quality!

    This is a stout mount for the NP205. I had to modify the design a bit for a cross member that’s considerably higher than what it was designed for and cut a notch for the fill plug. Came out high and tight. Will be testing it this weekend on the Oregon Dunes at the NW Bronco roundup. It’s supporting a ZF5 and NP205. Used 1.5” DOM tubing with 1/4” wall thickness. Will post a video once we get it running. Waiting on Tom Woods driveshaft and 1330 yoke to arrive.

    Worked well for what I needed.

    Worked well for me. I believe on a GM case it may interfere with the Speedo in some cases. May need to check with the experts. I have a GPS driven setup so I didn’t have an issue. The kit came complete with everything needed and shipped quickly. I didn’t feel like cutting it out and guessing figured it was worth the price. I am pleased and it saved me time.
