Not exactly what i am thinking but Nice

Good quality but the bolt sleeve should not be a bit longer. The bolt sleeve should rotate on the bolt or the bushing rotate on the bolt sleeve?

Hi Benoit! The poly will squish/compress when the bolt is tightened down. The mounting tabs should grip tight against the inner sleeve holding it in place, and the sleeve should rotate within the poly.
