Not for amateurs

In my effort to install this i eneded up buying a new knuckle and going without the flip drag link, when you insert from the bottom the lip in underneath providing no support and my welds did not hold between the Cast Knuckle and Steel Insert, had a welder of 20 years take a look and to my surprise he said that without a professional welder stick welding it on and removing knuckle it could not be done and at that welding cast he said would hold for some time but eventually break long term. there should be clear notes to inform amateur welders should not attempt and to leave to the pros

Thanks, Toren. We've always had good luck MIG welding any of our tapered inserts. Weld it up hot, with a bit of preheat, and wrap it afterwards in a welding blanket so it will cool slowly. TIG welding is another great option, but not something that everyone has access to in their home shop. Hopefully that info helps future customers!

Tie rod ends for John Deere wagon

I used these for an old 1074 JD running gear. Had to trim the excess length from the larger dia end of the bushing to properly fit the spindle assembly arm. Welded the bushing in place and it worked perfectly.

As advertised

Easy way to flip my drag link for raised steering and better angles. Put a small weld on it to keep it from spinning and to lock it in place.
