Max cut angle you can achieve with a 3” deep saw with a single pass (not removing any cut material):
- 1-1/4" thick material - 65 degrees from a perpendicular cut
- 1 ½” thick material – 60 degrees from a perpendicular cut
- 1 5/8” thick material – 57 degrees from a perpendicular cut
- 1 ¾” thick material – 54 degrees from a perpendicular cut
- 2” thick material – 48 degrees from a perpendicular cut
